Overview

GUEST RELATION EXECUTIVE: Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Have Detailed information about the hotel and city. Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.

Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences. Collect guest feedback forms and do any possible first hand service recovery steps.

GUEST SERVICE EXECUTIVE:Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

HOSTESS: Check the reservation book for reservations for the next meal period.
Notify the supervisor of any parties of more than six.Distribute reservations among all servers equally, informing them of all information necessary. Example, Birthdays, anniversaries, bill not to be taken to the table or any other unusual request

Salary: The entry level salary varies from Rs. 8500 to Rs. 10,000 gross per month.
