Overview
1) Interview process:- we have two rounds of interview. Both are oral. No written interview.
First is introduction of the candidate. Second is they have to speak on
a topic (In english) for 2 minutes. (any topic)
2) Salary:- Rs.5500/- per month
Rs 66,000/- annually
Rs 500 per converted lead as an incentive. If, achieved 2 converted leads in a month then salary will be doubled
3) Timings:- 5.30 pm to 11.30 pm ( 6 hours shift, out of which half hour is the break time)
4) Other benefits:- Pick and drop facility available. One time tea available.
5) Profile:- Tele sales Representatives.
