Handling customer relations, including problems and complaints related to the services provided.
Ensuring to provide Accurate Advice to Clients /Agents and Materializing Sales with Good Profit Margins.
Handling Group Passengers
Closing sales and processing necessary documentation to complete transactions.
Completing client files, reservation information and payment details in accordance with accounting procedures.
Advising customers of appropriate restrictions, terms and conditions of travel services.
Responsible for entire reservation process including booking, ticketing, and providing customer service.
Ensuring that the customers receive best possible price by using multiple avenues to source out pricing (GDS, websites, consolidators).
Tele-Sales.
Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided excellent customer service.
Helping clients with travel planning, business packages, vacation packages as well as travel advice & information
Selling vacation packages including flight, hotel, car and extra activities
Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
Must be from Travel industry and have GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan) knowledge.
