We’re seeking an self driven and motivated Lifestyle Consultant to join our talented team and serve our high net worth clients.

The Role :
• Provide exceptional, high-touch phone and web based service with detailed arrangements for customers across the globe via inbound calls and emails.
• Focus on exceeding customer expectations and building loyalty

Requests may include:

– Travel bookings
– Dining reservations
– Event planning
– Theatre & event tickets
– Sporting event tickets

You need

• An excellent knowledge of luxury brands and desire to keep up to date with the latest developments / events
• The ability to think creatively to source solutions
• To be courteous, reliable, accurate, helpful and sincere
• A professional and positive phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A great communicator with strong written and verbal skills in Hindi & English
• Ability to display impeccable active listening skills
• Travel experience and geographical knowledge
• Hospitality experience will also be advantageous

Remuneration: 180,000 – 240,000 per annum
